5ª. Methods of payment The payment of the amount of the order may be made by the following methods:

6ª. Return of the purchase
If you regret your purchase you have 14 days to return the products you have received even if they do not present any defect. In this case, and once we receive the products in perfect condition, we will refund the amount of your purchase except for the shipping costs of the goods to our warehouse, which will be at your expense.
All our products are guaranteed against defects of origin and/or breakage during shipment. If this is the case, you must indicate it to the carrier when you receive the goods and state it on your copy of the delivery note and contact us as soon as possible. Once the defective products have been received, and the necessary checks have been carried out, we will resend the order as soon as possible completely free of charge, or if you prefer, we will refund the full amount of your purchase.
