Our winery is in Valdevimbre, in a unique enclave overlooking the mountains to the north and the valleys and moors to the south. A watchtower crowning the subway caves that have housed so much wine over the centuries.
A winery designed to work by gravity, minimizing mechanical pumping and the use of mobile elements that come into direct contact with the product, thus reducing energy consumption and preserving the natural characteristics and aromas of our wines. A winery for a non-interventionist oenology, accompanying and controlling the development of organic winemaking in the most natural way.
We work the aging and maturation of our wines with patience and respect. We use concrete tanks and French oak barrels of different sizes and uses.
